No photos to download yet as one of the many disasters that have happened so far on this trip was the power cut last night as I was downloading some shots of the wonderfully vibrant and colourful wedding I went to on Tuesday. I have also lost shots of the celebrations and lights at Lucy's house. The pictures are all in my memory bank, but I cannot find them on my camera and am sad not to be able to share them.
Tuesday in Kathmandu with Lucy was amazing. The wedding in the morning and then an evening enjoying the delights of Patan at Festival time.
I hope my stolen money has gone to a good cause, and after a brief moment of panic trying to contact the UK last night, no-one will be able to access my account with the stolen bank card.
No mishaps today and all is well. I can hear drums and music coming up from the valley as the villagers celebrate Diwali. School is closed until Sunday I think, so have a little time to look at the local textbooks and prepare for next week.
No sighting of Cyril yet, by the way!
