Thanks to Yeti Airlines I am now in the very exciting and busy tourist area of Thamel, Kathmandu, staying in the delightful Cafe Mitra.

Unfortunately have had to find a pharmacy for some antibiotics, as yesterday's problem has come back with a vengeance. 

 

Maybe I should try Rebirthing, or Reincarnation....
